Seller Shipping Setup Guide

Setting up your shipping correctly ensures customers see the right delivery rates at checkout and helps you manage order fulfillment smoothly. Follow these steps to get started.

Step 1: Access Shipping Settings

  1. Log in to your Seller Dashboard.
  2. From the left-hand sidebar, navigate to Settings.
  3. Select Shipping Methods.

Step 2: Choose and Enable Shipping Methods

You will see a list of shipping methods (e.g., Seller Standard Shipping, EasyShip, etc) that are available.
  1. Enable/Disable: Toggle the status switch to "Active" for the methods you wish to use.
  2. Set as Default: Click the three dots (⋮) or the "Action" button next to a method and select Set as Default. This ensures that every new product you upload is automatically assigned this shipping method.

Step 3: Configure Zone-Wise Rates (Seller Standard Shipping)

If you are using the Seller Standard Shipping, you need to define how much to charge based on weight or price.
  1. Click Settings > Seller Standard Shipping.
  2. Click Range Detail next to the active shipping method.
  3. Click Add New Range:
    1. Basis: Choose "By Weight" or "By Price."
    2. Range: Enter the "From" and "To" values (e.g., 0kg to 5kg).
  4. Click View Shipping (under Actions) to add the actual cost for specific zones:
    1. Enter the price for the zones created by the admin (e.g., United States)
    2. Click Save.

Step 4: Assign Shipping to Products

If you didn't set a default method in Step 2, you must do this manually for each item:
  1. Go to Products > Product Listing.
  2. Click Edit on a product.
  3. Scroll down to the Shipping Information section.
  4. Select the applicable shipping method(s) for this specific product.
  5. Save the product.

Pro-Tips for Sellers

  1. Weights are Mandatory: If you use weight-based shipping, ensure every product has an accurate weight entered, or the shipping rate will not be calculated at checkout.
  2. Third-Party Carriers: If you use EasyShip, you will need to enter your own API keys in the EasyShip configuration section.
